The Emperor Posts: 12,166 Group: Commissioner Member #4 Joined: December 9, 2005 NFL Team New England Patriots NBA Team Boston Celtics NHL Team Boston Bruins MLS Team New England Revolution NCAA Team Penn State Nittany Lions	Because of numerous incidents involving "hit-and-run" affiliates (members who join In The Clutch for the sole purpose of affiliation and make no contributions), ITC has been forced to implement an affiliation policy. Members requesting forum affiliation with In The Clutch must adhere to the following guidelines: Member must be an administrator on the requesting board. Member must have 15 posts on ITC outside of the Team Announcements, Forum Games, and Play-by-Play forums. Member must contribute 10 posts per month to remain an affiliate. Member must place ITC's link and 88x31 button on his/her own forum. Affiliating members will be reviewed every month for adherence to the guidelines. Members who do not contribute ten posts per month will be sent a warning PM. After a second consecutive posting offense, the affiliate will be removed. Intermittent offenses will be reviewed and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. ITC's link and affiliate button must be placed on the requesting forum before affiliation will be accepted. Removal of ITC's link and affiliate button may result in immediate termination of the affiliation agreement. (All affiliates as of December 23, 2007, are "grandfathered" into ITC's affiliation policy and only need to adhere to previous affiliation guidelines. This policy only affects members who approach ITC for affiliation. In The Clutch sometimes makes affiliation requests to other boards and adheres to the guidelines set by the requestee.)
